Reconstructed behind original façade
This family villa was completely re-built behind the existing façade. Works included basement formation, reconstruction of external walls, new steel frame and concrete floor structures. The fit out was completed to a high standard including new helical staircase, M&E installations, intricate stone work, detailed cabinetry and fine finishes. Extensive landscaping works were also completed including a bespoke summer house.
