Restoration of Grade II listed Eaton Square town house to it's former glory.  Previously carved into four apartments and a seperate mews house, Boldfort were responsible for the lateral conversion back into a single dwelling.

Works included basement cinema, external terrace with walk-on and mechanically operated sliding rooflights, gymnasium and feature staircases.  Finishes included fine decorations, wall coverings, hardwood floor, marble floors & cladding, timber panelling and restoration of original fibrous plasterworks.
